Public beta billing policy

Refund policy

Effective October 13, 2026. Recharges are final once payment is complete. This policy distinguishes a balance release inside your API Many balance from a monetary refund to your payment method.

1. Your prepaid balance

Purchased USD recharges are added to one pooled account balance. Under the current offering, purchased balances do not expire while the account remains active, but they are not cash, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be redeemed for money except through an approved refund described below. Test and promotional balances have no cash value.

2. Automatic balance releases

Reserved amounts are returned to the account balance when a request definitely did not reach an upstream provider or the provider confirms a terminal failure. This is a balance correction, not a refund to a card or bank account.

A timeout, network interruption, invalid success response, or lost connection can occur after an upstream accepted and billed the request. Those amounts remain held while we reconcile the outcome; we do not automatically replay the request or return the hold until non-delivery is confirmed. When reconciliation confirms usage, we finalize the charge. When it confirms non-delivery, we release the held amount.

3. Recharges are final

Manual and automatic recharges are final and non-refundable once payment is complete, including when none of the purchased balance has been used. Partial cash-outs of a remaining balance, changes of mind, differences between model outputs and expectations, model price changes, temporary route unavailability and promotional balances are not refundable.

The only monetary refunds are for duplicate, incorrect or unauthorized charges and payments that did not add balance (section 4), a permanent service withdrawal (section 5), and refunds that mandatory law requires.

4. Duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorized charges

Contact us promptly if a charge is duplicated, differs from the checkout amount, appears after a failed checkout, or was not authorized by you. We will review the payment provider's record and the account ledger, and refund the duplicate, incorrect or unauthorized amount, or a payment that did not add balance. We may freeze spending while an unauthorized charge, refund, dispute, or related balance debt is investigated.

5. Service withdrawal

If we permanently withdraw the paid public beta and cannot provide use of an existing purchased balance, contact support. We will review the unused paid portion for refund to the original payment method, subject to amounts already used, chargebacks, fraud, and applicable law. No refund is promised for promotional balance.

6. How to request a monetary refund

Email [email protected] from the account email. Include the purchase date, amount, Stripe or NOWPayments (cryptocurrency) receipt or checkout identifier, and a short explanation. For an API request issue, include the API Many request ID and approximate UTC time. Never send a full card number, API key, password, or sensitive prompt content.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank, card-network, currency-conversion, and tax processing may affect timing or the displayed amount and are outside our control. We do not promise a fixed review or settlement time during public beta.

7. Customers in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland

Before checkout we ask you to agree that the purchased balance is supplied immediately and to acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once it is. A recharge does not start without that consent.

8. Chargebacks

Contact us before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer. If you file a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid recharge, we may freeze the account and its balance while the dispute is open and close the account if the dispute was filed for a valid purchase.

9. Mandatory rights

Nothing in this policy limits a non-waivable refund, cancellation, or consumer right available in your jurisdiction.
